Swiss Re CorSo names Sawalani as Head of Customer & Distribution Management, SEA

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions (CorSo), the commercial insurance arm of reinsurance giant Swiss Re, has appointed Preeti Sawalani as Head of Customer and Distribution Management, Southeast Asia (SEA), effective September 1st, 2025.
In her new role, Sawalani will lead the customer and distribution strategy across Southeast Asia, working closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen broker relationships, deepen client engagement, and drive commercial growth in key markets.
Most recently based in London, she led global initiatives focused on enhancing client value and driving sales effectiveness.
Sawalani has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry across Asia Pacific and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
According to the firm, “Her return to Singapore marks a homecoming to the region where she previously contributed to the strategic expansion of Corporate Solutions’ footprint.”
Since joining Swiss Re, Sawalani has held senior roles in customer and distribution management, market development, and business transformation.
She started her career at French insurer AXA, which provided her with valuable exposure to market dynamics and client needs.
